FILTER carried out the full design of a cooling solution for a leading Lithuanian producer of rapeseed oil, protein-rich animal feed, and biodiesel. The cooled water is used in the client’s manufacturing processes. Scope of work involved project management, design & engineering, equipment supply, commissioning, automation.
Technical solution: FILTER designed and delivered a cooling solution of two cooling towers with total cooling capacity of 8,7 MW. Water flow: 1200 m3/h.
The water treatment system includes mechanical automatic self-cleaning filters, pH control, conductivity control and corrosion inhibitor dosing.
Main Equipment: 2 × Evapco cooling towers, 2 x Lowara water pumps, automatic sefl-cleaning filters.
