Efficient and reliable thermal energy supply is critically important in food manufacturing processes. This project delivered a solution for the boiler house of a food and food additive production company, enhancing the performance of the heat exchange system and increasing the level of production automation.
The project included:
-Supply and installation of a steam heat exchanger (MBS) designed for hot water preparation.
-Supply and installation of Spirax Sarco steam equipment ensuring efficient and reliable operation of the steam system.
-Design and programming of automation system tailored to the specific equipment of the manufacturing boiler house, incorporating control, monitoring, and safety functionalities.
Result: a seamlessly integrated steam supply and automation system ensuring safe provision of hot water and steam for production needs, while improving energy efficiency and process management.
