FILTER delivers 4x50MW electrode boilers for Helen’s boiler plant

Helen Ltd, one of the largest utility companies in Finland, is revolutionising district heating by building Europe’s largest heat production complex in the Hanasaari energy block in Helsinki. The complex will combine an electric boiler plant and two thermal batteries, scheduled to be commissioned during the 2026–2027 heating season.
