Within the framework of the project, supplementary equipment for the boiler house was supplied and installed for a client operating in electricity and thermal energy generation. The scope of works also included the construction of internal and external district heating networks, as well as the associated engineering and design activities. All works were carried out in an operational boiler house, ensuring full integration of the new solutions into the existing technological systems.
As part of the project, a 16 MW plate heat exchanger was delivered and installed together with the required process equipment, including valves, automation components, and instrumentation. Control and monitoring of the heat exchanger were integrated into the centralized SCADA system, enabling remote parameter monitoring and process control.
In addition, the external district heating connection was reconstructed by installing a new 9.37 m DN300 pipeline section from the heating chamber to the boiler house. Within the internal networks of the boiler house, the existing network pump headers were replaced with DN300 collectors, improving hydraulic capacity and overall system operational efficiency.
