This FILTER solution involved the provision and assembly of a specialized heat exchange unit, including integrated sensors for precise monitoring of temperature and pressure and high-capacity pump. Solution tailored for the customer operating in shale oil industry. The unit was meticulously designed to ensure efficient ventilation and heating processes, utilizing a range of sophisticated components and systems. The primary side of the system utilizes steam at 5 bar(g), serving as the primary heat source for the exchanger. On the secondary side, a 40% ethylene glycol-water solution is used, designed to operate within a temperature range of 40°C to 70°C. This side absorbs heat from the steam and transfers it efficiently through the exchanger unit. This project underscores our commitment to delivering tailored solutions that address the unique challenges of industrial heating and ventilation systems, particularly within the dynamic and demanding context of the shale oil industry.
