This project involves the installation of a Scheuch GmbH Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) for a 7.0 MW biomass boiler house. The ESP is designed for powerful purification, capturing even the finest dust particles using electrostatic charge to ensure cleaner flue gases. The system’s impressive scale, with a construction area of 36.9 m² and a height of 10.6 m, efficiently manages flue gas flow rates ranging from 10,000 to 33,000 Am³/h, operating optimally between 190 and 250°C. Additionally, the fully automated control system allows seamless operation by a single operator, enhancing efficiency and ease of use. Commissioning is scheduled for the start of the heating season, with the ESP filter set to operate at full capacity, delivering significant financial, operational, and environmental benefits.
