This project encompasses the redesign, supervision, and construction of a boiler house, including the delivery and installation of a biomass boiler for a local district heating company. The primary objective is to establish a sustainable, stable, and economically viable long-term heat energy production tariff. As part of the project, the existing boiler house underwent reconstruction, and a hot-water biomass boiler with a nominal capacity of 4.0 MW, along with a biomass fuel feeder, was installed to guarantee heat supply to the district heating networks. To comply with legislation, an electrostatic precipitator (ESP) was also installed alongside the flue gas multicyclone to ensure that technological emissions remain within acceptable limits. Additionally, to enhance operational efficiency and monitoring, an automatic control and visual monitoring system was meticulously designed, enabling autonomous operation of the boiler house with remote monitoring capabilities.
