FILTER provided a solution for designing a water heating system for building heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water preparation. The primary goal was to ensure efficient heat recovery, even when the recovered heat was insufficient. The project scope involved the design and installation of new gas-fired condensing boilers, along with all necessary auxiliary equipment.
The system includes two Viessmann 1400 kW gas-fired condensing boilers and one Viessmann 620 kW unit, all designed for optimal energy efficiency and paired with Oilon burners.
To optimize heat storage and recovery, a 5 m³ buffer tank and a 2 m³ domestic hot water preparation tank were designed and installed. Additional equipment included pumps, valves, and pipe ancillaries to ensure proper system flow and performance. Advanced control systems were integrated for automation and remote monitoring, ensuring efficient operation.
The project covered full project management, installation, commissioning, and automation, aiming to create a reliable, energy-efficient heating system. The successful implementation of this system guarantees sustainable heating and hot water supply, contributing to reduced operational costs and improved energy efficiency.
