This solution involved the design, delivery, and installation of a conveyance system for raw materials, along with the creation of a SCADA system for a panel manufacturer. The focus was on the transportation of critical raw materials—Isocyanate and Polyol—essential for the production process. The system incorporated the inflow, storage, inventory tracking, and transportation of these materials. Six gear pumps, along with shut-off valves, were installed to ensure safe and controlled transportation. Automation was integrated to allow remote monitoring and control, ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, a pipeline system was installed to connect all components. This solution enhances the manufacturer’s production process by providing safe, efficient, and reliable handling of raw materials, contributing to the seamless operation of panel manufacturing.
