The technical solution for the modernization project involves the reconstruction of a fully automated biomass boiler house with a total capacity of 3 MW. As part of this initiative, a biomass boiler warehouse was constructed, featuring moving floors for the unloading and storage of biomass, along with a biomass supply system employing hydraulic pushers. Additionally, flue gas treatment equipment has been installed to ensure compliance with legislative purity standards, alongside the construction of chimneys. Water preparation systems have also been implemented. Operating in automatic mode, the biofuel boiler house requires no permanent on-site personnel. Control and monitoring are facilitated from the boiler house control room console, which remotely notifies operators of work parameters, errors, or emergency situations, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
