This project involved the provision and installation of a ~645 kW steam generator, specifically designed to meet the heating and steam production needs of a client in the wood processing sector. The steam generator utilizes superheated water at a temperature of approximately 165°C as the heat source on the primary side. This high-efficiency design ensures optimal thermal transfer and energy utilization. On the secondary side, the generator produces steam at a rate of approximately 850 kg/h, with a pressure of around 4 bar(g). This steam is used in various industrial processes within the client’s wood processing operations, contributing to efficient production and process management. The design and specifications of the steam generator were carefully tailored to the unique demands of the wood processing industry, ensuring reliable performance and meeting the operational requirements of the client. This project highlights our ability to deliver customized thermal solutions that support industrial applications, ensuring both efficiency and consistency in high-demand environments.
