Products

  • Brazed plate heat exchangers

These heat exchangers are the simplest kind of products available on the market. The technological design is mostly used in heat transfer fields that doesn’t demand an elevated level of security. Some of the key highlights of this type of heat exchanger are as follows:

    • Efficient use of Temperature Differences
    • Robust and Reliable Construction
    • Self-Cleaning design due to turbulent flows
  • Gasketed plate heat exchangers

These heat exchangers are also referred to as ‘Plate and Frame’ and provides excellent efficiency transferring heat from one liquid to another, often water to water, or from steam to other liquids. The modular design combines frames, plates & connection to form a range of configurations. Some of the key features surrounding this type of heat exchanger are as follows:

    • Induced Turbulence
    • Temperature Approaches
    • Reduced Footprint
    • Easy Accessibility
    • Highly Versatile
    • Maximum Fluid Compatibility
  • Plate and shell heat exchangers

These heat exchangers are based on a fully welded pack that is enclosed in a strong shell structure thereby eliminating the need for a gasket. The unit is ideal when dealing with footprint barriers, extreme pressures/temperatures, fouling/scaling conditions and corrosive attack with liquids, gases, steam and two-phase mixtures. Some of the important benefits surrounding this type of heat exchanger are as follows:

    • Outstanding Uptime
    • Fluid Flexibility
    • Compact and Low Weight
    • Close Approach Temperatures
    • Enhanced Thermal Performance
    • Gasket and Low Fouling
  • Shell and tube heat exchangers: flash steam heat exchanger (EVC)

To prevent excess pressurization in the condensate receiver, the flash steam is vented out into the atmosphere. The exhaust vapor condenser (EVC) is meant to recover this flash steam and transform the energy content thereby letting you pre-heat a fluid for a process, reduce emissions, enhance the efficiency of the collective steam system, tone down blowdown of the boiler and lower make-up water & chemical requirements. Some of the important benefits surrounding this type of heat exchanger are as follows:

    Energy efficient system
    Minimalistic design (no auxiliary equipment)
    Easy installation and maintenance
Counters Icicle formation on boiler house roofs

General usage areas include deaerator/feedwater tank vent, blowdown tank vent, condensate tank, dryer vents from ‘production side’.

  • Shell and tube heat exchangers

These heat exchangers are compact in design and suitable for a range of fluids including steam across all industries. The unique straight corrugated tube design aids turbulent flow, resulting in high efficiency heat transfer. Some of the important benefits surrounding this type of heat exchanger are as follows:

    • High efficiency with self-cleaning effect
    • Minimal downtime
    • Reliability and longevity
    • Flexible space saving installation
  • Economizers, or gas-liquid heat exchangers

At its core, an economizer is a heat exchanger that allows waste heat from the exhaust gas of a heating system to be transferred to the incoming air or water. This can significantly improve the efficiency of the system and reduce operating costs by reducing the amount of energy needed to achieve the desired temperature. Economizers are a critical component of many industrial and commercial heating systems.
