The objective of the project was to design and implement a technical reconstruction solution for a water supply pumping station, improving the stability, safety, and operational reliability of the water distribution system, while ensuring the required flow rates and pressure for residents in high-rise residential areas.
As part of the project, a technical solution for the booster pumping station was developed and the station equipment was reconstructed. The system was equipped with two pressure-boosting pumps, each with a capacity of 50 m³/h at a head of H = 3.5 bar, providing the required performance and operational redundancy.
The reconstruction included full pump piping and valving, installation of shut-off and control valves, and assembly of stainless steel pipelines, integrating the new equipment into the existing water supply system. As a result, the stability and safety of the water supply system were significantly improved, and the overall operational reliability of the pumping station was enhanced.
