    Registration:

    • Please fill in the registration form and ensure that your contact details are correct. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide. If you do not receive it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not received at all, contact us at academy@filter.eu for assistance.
    • Once your registration form is submitted, your spot will be automatically reserved. An invoice will be issued within a few weeks.
    • No virtual or physical tickets will be provided. Entry to the conference is based on the attendee list. You will receive your badge at the registration desk on the day of the event.
    • We will share event updates via email as the date approaches. A reminder email will be sent a few days before the conference.

    Cancellation:

    • If you are unable to attend, please inform us in writing at least 10 working days before the event by emailing academy@filter.eu. In this case, we will issue a full refund or cancel any outstanding invoice.
    • For cancellations made 5-9 working days before the conference, 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
    • For cancellations made later than 5 working days, or in case of no-show without notice, the full participation fee will be charged and no refunds will be issued.

    T1 Venue is located in the spacious central atrium of T1 Mall – on the 3rd floor. Convenient access from all floors and atriums via escalators and elevators.

    T1 is close to the airport and city center, with convenient public transport connections by train, tram, bus, and plane.

    Most easiest: Enter the building, find the central elevator, take it to the 3rd floor and voilà – you’ll see T1 Venue!
