The project focuses on the regeneration of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP) rinsing water. The rinsing water, collected in an 8m³ tank, is treated using a reverse osmosis filter system to recover at least 70% of the wastewater, which would otherwise be discharged into the sewage system. Key equipment include automatic pressure filters (sand filters), week acid exchanger (dealkalizer), neutrolizer, CO2 remover, 2 x booster pump station, automatic softeners, pre-filter with filter bag, reverse osmosis equipment, dosing, CIP unit and brine maker unit with NaCL storage. This FILTER solution aims to significantly reduce wastewater disposal while enhancing resource efficiency in the municipal heat supply sector. The system not only helps in water conservation but also improves the overall environmental impact of the CHP plant.
