This project involves the reconstruction of the existing boiler house and heating system for a wood processing/sawmill facility, with a focus on distributing heating capacity between multiple consumers and implementing full process automation. The goal is to enhance the efficiency and flexibility of the heating system while ensuring smooth and automated operation across all connected systems. Key equipment includes 3 x circulating pumps, 3 x frequency converters, heat exchanger 10 MW, hydraulic separator, valves, strainers, expansion joints, expansion tanks, insulation jackets for main pipelines and equipment. The entire process is automated, with real-time control and visualization of all system processes, ensuring optimal performance and easy monitoring. This reconstruction project modernized the heating infrastructure, increased energy efficiency, and enabled full automation of the system, leading to better performance, lower operating costs, and increased reliability for the wood processing facility.
