    Industrial cooling solution for pet food manufacturing supplied by FILTER includes a 2.6 MW EVAPCO cooling tower designed for continuous industrial production. The system was designed to provide precise, energy-efficient process cooling for continuous industrial production. Pet food manufacturing generates significant heat during cooking, sterilization, and packaging processes.

    Reliable cooling is therefore essential to ensure stable production, maintain product quality, and support uninterrupted plant operation. The project included the supply of an EVAPCO AT 18-3L12 cooling tower equipped with variable frequency drive (VFD) control and enhanced motor protection.

    The system automatically adjusts its performance to the actual cooling demand, reducing energy consumption while ensuring reliable operation under varying production conditions. The selected cooling tower delivers CTI-certified performance, low noise levels, and a robust industrial design suitable for demanding manufacturing environments.
