Rent of industrial flow meters: energy, water and steam

Rentable flow meters allow you to measure the consumption of various gases and liquids, as well as the energy contained in them, in pipes of different diameters and materials. The portable and pipe-recessed meter for measuring gases and liquids requires minimal plumbing for installation. There is no need for any pipe work when using ultrasonic flow meters. Make your processes more productive, efficient and sustainable!

  • Cost-efficiency

Access to high-quality technology without the investment to expensive equipment.

  • Flexibility

    Use only when needed.

  • Easy installation

User-friendly installation that does not require complex modifications.

  • Time saving

    Readily available equipment.

  • Versatility

Options to measure the consumption of various liquids and gases across different pipes.

Total control over your processes starts with precision measurements

For short-term or one-time measurements, there is no need to buy a permanent flow meter. By renting flow meters, you save on costs, and their reuse is easy.

To install a flow meter that utilizes the ultrasonic measurement principle, commonly employed for liquid flow measurement, it is not necessary to make cuts in the pipe. Instead, the measurement is performed directly through the wall of the pipeline, with the measuring devices installed on the surface of the pipes.

The portable and pipe-recessed meter for measuring gases and liquids requires minimal plumbing for installation. Once you have installed a portable steam flow meter and completed the necessary pipe work, you can use it again in the same location without the need to stop the process for installation or removal.

  • Measuring the consumption of flowing liquid or gas with rented meters allows you to assess the efficiency of the infrastructure and its alignment with reality. For example, it helps determine if flow rates are sufficient and how effective energy transfer is at different consumer points.
  • The flow meter helps evaluate the efficiency of pumps, the suitability of pipes for a given flow rate and/or the transfer of heat (or cold) energy, and their suitability for specific conditions.

  • The Spirax Sarco VIM20 insertion vortex meter for steam, gas and liquids

The Spirax Sarco VIM20 insertion vortex meter for steam, gas and liquids

A portable steam flow meter which delivers volumetric, mass and energy flow monitoring of gas, liquid or steam. It can be installed and maintained under full flow conditions, without shutdown. Installation is done via an isolation valve located on the pipe.

As a “Vortex” meter, VIM20 has no moving parts, resulting in highly reliable operation.
Monitor energy costs and make adjustments where necessary to improve efficiency.

Maximum permissible pressure 30 bar g.
For pipe sizes from DN50 to DN800.

  • Spirax Sarco UTM10 Ultrasonic flow and energy meter for liquids

Spirax Sarco UTM10 Ultrasonic flow and energy meter for liquids

Portable ultrasonic water flow meter measures volumetric flow and heating/cooling energy rates in clean liquids as well as those with small amounts of suspended solids or aeration, such as surface water or raw sewage.
UTM10 flow and energy meters clamp onto the outside of pipes and do not make contact with the liquid inside the pipe.
Continued operation during installation – no need to shut down the process. No pressure head loss. No moving parts to maintain or replace.

For pipes sizes from DN15 to DN2000.
The temperature of the pipe surface to be measured is -40…176° C.
The measurement results are saved and presented in CSV format for further processing.

  • Dynasonics DXN Portable hybrid ultrasonic flow meter for liquids

Dynasonics DXN Portable hybrid ultrasonic flow meter for fluids

The DXN portable ultrasonic flow meter is designed to measure volumetric flow rate within a closed conduit. The transducers are a non-contacting, clamp-on or clamp-around type, which provide the benefits of non-fouling operation and ease of installation.
The flow meter can be successfully applied on a wide range of metering applications because the meter has both transit time and Doppler capabilities.

    • A full range of liquids—from ultrapure to thick slurries—can be measured.
    • Measure and record the flow rate and mass of the liquids (water, coolants, various chemicals).
    • Measure and record the temperature of the liquid, incl. for example, both supply and return temperature in a closed heating (cooling) system and save the information in the form of already measured energy.
    • With the help of an additional analog input and, for example, a pressure sensor, it is additonally possible to record the system pressure.
    • One-time recording volume of measurement results depending on the recording frequency from 109 minutes (recording compression 0.1 s (10 Hz)) to 65,500 days (recording frequency 1 time per day).

For pipe sizes from DN15 to DN2000.
The temperature of the pipe surface to be measured is -40…176° C.
The measurement results are saved and presented in CSV format for further processing.

Benefits of flow meters - better measurements lead to cost savings and greater control

  • Helps to discover pipeline energy efficiency challenges

Incorrectly dimensioned piping leads to excessive energy loss in the transfer of gases and liquids. This can occur, for example, with oversized pumps powered by electric motors or when gas pressure is too high, causing issues in overcoming pressure losses.

  • Helps to discover heating water pipeline problems

Improperly sized heating water piping can result in problems supplying thermal energy to consumers and may lead to unwanted noise.

  • Innovative ultrasonic flow meter installation - no need for any pipe work

The sensors of ultrasonic flow meters for liquids are installed directly on the surface of the pipe to be measured, eliminating the need for cuts in the pipelines during installation.

  • Fast results with flow measurement

Immediate measurement results are provided for the flow rate or the transferred heat (or cold) energy.
