FILTER provided a solution for designing and installing water heating boilers, along with the necessary equipment to ensure efficient operation. The generated heat will be used for space heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water preparation, particularly when recovered heat is insufficient.
The solution included the design and installation of four new Viessmann gas-fired condensing boilers, each with a capacity of 280 kW, integrated with Oilon burners to maximize energy efficiency. To optimize heat storage and recovery, a 1.09 m³ buffer tank and two 0.867 m³ domestic hot water storage tanks were also designed and installed.
Additional equipment included pumps, valves, pipe ancillaries, and control systems for automation and efficient monitoring. The project scope covered project management, installation, commissioning, and automation. The successful implementation of this system ensures reliable, energy-efficient heating, providing stable space heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water, while optimizing heat recovery and reducing operational costs.
