A containerized steam supply project was implemented at the cardboard production company, providing a reliable and energy-efficient solution for the cardboard production machine. Within the scope of the project, containerized boiler house, the steam boiler and associated equipment were designed, supplied, and installed, followed by commissioning and adjustment of the boiler house.
As part of the project, a Viessmann Vitomax steam boiler with a capacity of 3,200 kg/h and operating pressure of 13 bar was delivered and installed, equipped with a gas burner and control system. A complete boiler feed and water treatment system was also installed, including deaeration, feed pumps, water filtration and softening, as well as chemical dosing.
Steam and condensate pipelines were constructed from the boiler house to the production facility. All works were carried out in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
As a result, the client obtained containerized solution, a modern, automated, and reliable steam supply system that fully meets current production capacity and quality requirements, as well as future production development plans.
