Upgrading water treatment efficiency in milk processing

Company FILTER significantly enhanced the production capabilities of a milk processing facility by implementing an advanced SILHORKO-EUROWATER iron removal plant. This innovative solution operates on an environmentally friendly, non-chemical basis, aligning with sustainable practices. Key improvements included the installation of dual pressure filters (2xFTFB 25, Qmax=2x25m³/h) and additional equipment to effectively double the water treatment station’s capacity to 100 m³/h. Complementing these upgrades were booster set with frequency converters ensuring consistent pressure for seamless production processes and water treatment UV Lamp Spektron 50e with a flow rate exceeding 50m³/h, providing essential disinfection for purified water, crucial for safe usage in milk processing operations. This FILTER solution not only bolstered operational efficiency but also upheld stringent quality standards, reinforcing FILTER’s commitment to delivering sustainable solutions in industrial water treatment.
