This project provided a comprehensive solution for the delivery and installation of a hot air gas generator, a key component in the client’s production process. The client is the leading egg and egg product manufacturer in the Northern European region. The main objective of the project was to improve production efficiency by supplying the necessary hot air for the powder drying processes in the spray dryer. The installed system (exhaust air temperature: 220°C, process air flow: 6100 kg/h) ensures optimal drying efficiency, making it ideal for powder drying while maintaining exceptional product quality. This solution enables the client to produce high-quality products, improve energy efficiency, and enhance the operational stability of the equipment involved in the production process.
